Availability: Service  Availability and Recover ability

Cloud providers may not be able to match in-house IT  service availability, Recovery Time Objectives (RTO),  and Recovery Point Objectives (RPO).
 
Cloud providers may drastically change their business  model or discontinue cloud services, impacting customers.

Availability: Complexity

Complexity introduced by a cloud computing  environment can result in more components that must be managed, and more complex recovery procedures.

Availability: Single- Points-of-Failure 

Even if the cloud environment is architecturally designed for high-availability, single-points-of-failure may exist in the access path to the cloud.
